Abstract:
Aiming at the problemthat under aerobic condition the color of bean product wastewater may turn back to its original chroma, the biological aerated filter has been designed to replace activated carbon filter, in the advanced treatment of bean product processing wastewater. Filtering experiments have been carried on, and the ratio of spongy iron and argil granules is 1∶3.When HRT=1.0 h, the removal rates of CODCr and chroma have been studied. The results showthat, both of the removal rates are over 40% by using the biological aerated filter. Its running efficiency is stable. It is concluded that hardening can be avoided by adding argil granules to spongy iron.

摘要:
针对废水在好氧阶段具有返色的特点,设计了用曝气生物滤池替代活性炭过滤处理豆制品加工废水的深度处理工艺,进行了填料的筛选试验,同时试验研究了在海绵铁与陶粒混合质量比为1∶3、HRT=1.0h时其对CODCr和色度的去除效果。研究表明:曝气生物滤池对CODCr、色度的去除率均能达到40%以上,运行效果稳定,并得出了向海绵铁中加入陶粒可有效地避免填料板结的结论。
