Abstract:
Internal circulation biological aerated filter and hydrolytic acidification process was used for the pretreatment of high concentration refining wastewater, and their performance was studied. The results show that the pretreatment system is highly efficient in decreasing organic pollutants concentration in refining wastewater. With the treatment, the COD, volatile phenol and ammonia nitrogen decreased from 3 197, 17.7, 114 mg/L in influent to 655, 0.47, 59.6 mg/L in effluent correspondingly, with average removal rates of 79.5%, 97.3%, 47.8% respectively. The pretreatment system shows a great performance and the effect is satisfactory.

采用内循环BAF+水解酸化工艺对高浓度炼油污水进行预处理,研究了二者在炼油污水处理中的性能。研究结果表明,该预处理工艺能有效地降低炼油污水中的有机物浓度,污水经过处理后,出水COD、挥发酚、氨氮平均值分别由进水的3 197、17.7、114 mg/L降低至655、0.47、59.6 mg/L,平均去除率分别达到79.5%、97.3%、47.8%,预处理系统性能良好,效果令人满意。
