冷凝液中微量油脱除技术研究

Abstract:

Researches on the removal technique of trace oil from condensate has been carried through by using the acrylic oil-absorbing material. Under optimized conditions, the oil removal, regeneration and stable running of the oil-absorbing material are evaluated and investigated. The results showthat this kind of material has very good oil-absorbing and regenerating properties. Its running period is long, TOC of the effluent water is less than 1.0 mg/L.After the oil removal, the condensate can be used for making original water of secondary desalted water.

摘要:

采用丙烯酸系吸油材料对冷凝液中微量油脱除技术进行了试验研究。在最佳工艺条件下,对吸油材料的脱油、再生和稳定运行状况进行了评价和考察。结果证明,该吸油材料具有良好的吸油和再生性能,稳定运行周期长,出水TOC<;1.0 mg/L,脱油后的冷凝液可用于制二级脱盐水的原水。
