Abstract:
A case study on the treatment of aromatic hydrocarbon oil-bearing wastewater is introduced. In the project, the treatment process,oil removal-air floatation-A/O-membrane cisterna,has been used. The actual operation results show that the process can effectively treat aromatic hydrocarbon oil-bearing wastewater,and the effluent can meet the requirements for the circulating water quality of make-up water in the factory. The average removing rates of COD, NH3-N and TN are 96.9%,99% and 72%,respectively. The mass concentration of oil in the effluent is less than 1 mg/L,and the mass concentration of sulfide in the effluent is less than 0.2 mg/L.

摘要: 介绍了芳烃含油污水处理的工程案例,该工程采用除油-气浮-A/O-膜池的处理工艺。实际运行结果表明,该工艺可以有效地处理芳烃含油污水,出水能够达到厂区循环水补水水质要求。COD平均去除率达到96.9%,氨氮的平均去除率达到99%,总氮的平均去除率达到72%。出水油质量浓度在1 mg/L以下,硫化物质量浓度在0.2 mg/L以下。
