Abstract:

Based on the molecular structural characteristics of oil and water,a kind of new macroporous polymeric adsorbent has been designed and synthesized. The traces of oil in steam condensed water can be removed effectively by using extraction principle. 5-10 mg/L of oil-bearing water sample is prepared with simulated steam condensed water. Under the conditions as follows: the temperature is 60-80 ℃ and flow velocity 10 BV/h,and after removing the oil with macroporous resin absorbent,the oil of effluent water is ≤1 mg/L,meeting the requirements of boiler make-up water. The utilization rates of steam condensed water and heat energy has thus been improved, having definite application foreground in petrochemical industry.

摘要:

根据油与水的结构特点,采用悬浮聚合的方法,设计合成了一种大孔吸附树脂,利用类萃取的原理能有效去除蒸汽凝结水中的微量油。模拟蒸汽凝结水配成5~10 mg/L的含油水样,在60~80℃,10 BV/h的流速条件下,经过大孔吸附树脂除油后,出水油≤1 mg/L,达到锅炉补给水的使用要求,提高了蒸汽凝结水及热能的利用效率,在石化行业中具有一定的应用前景。
