Energy saving and consumption reducing for the modified A2/O-ultrafiltration membrane combined process in a reclaimed water plant

Abstract: The actual operation data of unit energy consumption of the modified A2/O-ultrafiltration membrane com-bined process in a reclaimed water plant,in Beijing,have been analyzed statistically. The average power consumption of the plant is 0.246 3 kW·h/m3. The monthly power consumptions of wastewater pumping unit,aeration unit and mem-brane treatment unit are 16.54%,29.94% and 27.64%,respectively,of the total energy consumption. In addition,the consumption situations of chemical agents of the reclaimed water plant have been counted up. It is found that the con-sumption of chemical agents for membrane cleaning is too high. Based on the actual situations of the plant,it is pro-posed that the energy saving measures to be taken are as follows:the improvement of the intelligent control of pumps, the installation of transducers and the precise aeration system,and the adjustment of membrane operation-cleaning period and the dosages of chemical agents for membrane cleaning,as well as the assistant adjustment of technological parameters. They all can effectively reduce the energy consumption of the plant.

摘要: 对北京某再生水厂改良A2/O和超滤膜组合工艺实际运行单元能耗数据进行了统计,该厂平均电耗为0.246 3 kW·h/m3,其中污水提升单元、曝气单元和膜处理单元单月能耗分别占总能耗的16.54%、29.94%、27.64%。同时对该水厂的药剂消耗情况进行了统计,发现膜清洗单元药剂消耗过大。结合该厂的实际情况,提出对提升泵实行智能控制和安装变频、安装精确曝气系统、调整膜运行-清洗周期和膜清洗药剂量,同时辅助调整工艺参数等节能措施,可有效降低该水厂能耗。
