Abstract:
Bovine serum albumin(BSA) was selected to represent the ubiquitous protein pollutants in wastewater. The macroscopic membrane fouling experiment of BAS was carried out by aeration ozonation and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) ultrafiltration membrane. Combining membrane fouling behavior of BSA pretreated by only aeration and only ozonation, the effect of aeration ozonation on ultrafiltration membrane fouling behavior caused by protein-like foulants were analyzed. The results indicated that in the pretreatment of aerated ozone, the BSA molecules were effectively opened by ozone and the BSA molecules were agglomerated. At the same time, the microbubbles produced by aeration would bridge these BSA molecules together and float them to the surface of BSA solution, and most of them were retained at the reactor wall. It reduced the BSA pollutants entering the ultrafiltration system and eventually led to the gradual reduction of BSA membrane fouling with the increase of aeration ozonation contact time.

选用牛血清蛋白(BSA)代表废水中普遍存在的蛋白类污染物,通过曝气臭氧化预处理,并采用聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)超滤膜进行了宏观膜污染实验。结合单纯曝气和纯臭氧氧化处理后的膜污染行为,解析了曝气臭氧化对BSA超滤膜污染行为的影响。结果表明,曝气臭氧预处理过程中,臭氧有效打开了BSA分子并使BSA分子之间团聚,与此同时曝气作用产生的微气泡与BSA聚集体相结合并将其“托运”至反应器壁端,减小了进入超滤系统的BSA污染物,最终导致BSA对膜的污染随着曝气臭氧化接触时间的增大而逐渐减缓。
