Abstract:
The experiment has studied and determined the best treatment conditions of low concentration nickel salt wastewater, n( Fe3+) ∶n( Fe2+) =1.5∶1, n( Fe2+) ∶n(Ni2+) =12∶1, roomtemperature, pH 8.5-9.0, Na2CO3 is the pH regulator.The stirring time is 15 min. The Ni2+ removal efficency is above 98%. The concentration of Ni2+ in treated water is below0.20 mg/L.It meets with the discharge standard.

摘要:
实验研究了常温中和铁氧体法处理低浓度镍盐生产废水的工艺条件。试验结果表明,以Na2CO3为pH调节剂,在pH8.5~9.0,室温,n(Fe3+):n(Fe2+)=1.5∶1,n(Fe2+)∶n(Ni2+)=12∶1,搅拌时间为15min的条件下,处理效果最佳。镍的去除率达到98%以上,处理后的废水中Ni2+质量浓度达到0.20mg/L以下,达到国家排放标准。
