不锈钢产品生产废水零排放工程实例

Abstract:

Based on the example of a project of stainless steel production wastewater from an enterprise in Suzhou, the characteristics of stainless steel production wastewater are introduced. The core zero-discharge system, composed of "pretreatment system+reverse osmosis system+MVR evaporation system", is introduced in terms of process characteristics, design parameters, treatment effects and economic benefits. The final effluent water quality can meet the water quality standards of the workshop. After the project is completed and operated, the wastewater treatment system operates stably and the effluent quality is good. Since the operating cost of water is 12.31 yuan/t, 16.096 million yuan can be saved annually, and the economic and environmental benefits of the system are obvious.

摘要:

以苏州某企业不锈钢产品生产废水排放工程为例,介绍了不锈钢产品生产废水的特点,并从工艺特点、设计参数、处理效果及经济效益等方面介绍了以“预处理系统+反渗透系统+MVR蒸发系统”为核心的零排放系统,最终出水水质可达产线用水水质标准。工程建成后,系统运行稳定、出水水质良好,运行成本为12.31元/t,可节省1 609.6万元/a,经济、环境效益明显。
