Treatment leachate from MSW incineration with pretreatment/anaerobic/MBR/RO

预处理/厌氧/MBR/RO工艺处理垃圾焚烧渗滤液

Abstract:

The combined process of "pretreatment/anaerobic/external MBR/RO" was used to treat the leachate in a municipal solid waste(MSW) incineration power plant in Fuzhou. The design treatment scale was 250 m3/d. The operation results showed that, the effluent concentrations of COD, BOD5 and NH3-N were (47.7±18.5) mg/L, (14.6±6.1) mg/L and (0.70±0.22) mg/L, respectively, which met the effluent water quality. The results of pollutants removal process showed, the removal efficiency of COD and BOD5 in biological treatment process(both anaerobic and MBR) were respectively 98.7% and 98.6%, and the removal efficiency of TN achieved 81.5% in MBR. Therefore, COD and BOD5 were mainly removed in anaerobic tank and MBR, while TN was primarily removed in MBR.

摘要:

福州某垃圾焚烧发电厂采用预处理/厌氧/外置式MBR/RO工艺处理渗滤液,设计规模为250 m3/d。运行结果表明,系统出水COD、BOD5与NH3-N分别为(47.7±18.5)、(14.6±6.1)、(0.70±0.22) mg/L,满足出水排放限值。分析污染物降解过程发现,COD与BOD5在生物处理系统(厌氧+MBR)中的去除率分别为98.7%与98.6%,MBR中的TN去除率为81.5%。这表明COD与BOD5主要在厌氧池与MBR中去除,大部分TN在MBR系统中脱除。
