Abstract:
The anti-scale and anticorrosion performances of 2, 5-diaminoadipic acid-N, N, N’, N’-tetramethylidene phosphonic acid (DAATMP) have been assessed by the bubbling method and rotary hanged weight losing method. The effect of scale inhibitor concentration, [Ca2+], pH, as well as reaction time on DAATMP performance are discussed. The anti-scale experimental results show that under the conditions of Ca2+ 120 mg/L,pH=8.5, temperature is 60 ℃, and DAATMP 5 mg/L, the optimal scale inhibition rate is 89.0%. Contrast testresults show that under the conditions of Ca2+ 120 mg/L, pH=7.0, temperature is 80 ℃, and DAATMP 10 mg/L,the anti-scale effect of DAATMP is superior to PBTCA and DETPMP obviously, the scale inhibition rate is 84.0%.The anticorrosion test results indicate that under the conditions of a simulant water quality: Ca2+ 200 mg/L, Mg2+ 48mg/L, Cl- 430 mg/L, HCO3- 120 mg/L, reaction time 72 h, and 80 mg/L of DAATMP, the anticorrosion rate forA3 carbon steel rate reaches 89.1%. If 120 mg/L of DAATMP and 4 mg/L of Zn2+ are used as complex pretreatment agent ro pretreat the film for 24 h., under the conditions of adding l0 mg/L of DAATMP and 6 mg/LZn2+, the anticorossion rates of A3 carbon steel and copper are 92.64%and 95.2% respectively.

摘要:
采用鼓泡法和旋转挂片失重法评定了2.5-二氨基己二酸四亚甲基膦酸(DAATMP)的阻垢和缓蚀性能,探讨了药剂浓度、溶液pH、钙离子浓度、反应时间等对阻垢和缓蚀性能的影响。试验结果表明:在Ca2+质量浓度为120mg/L,pH=8.5,温度60℃,阻垢剂投加质量浓度为5mg/L的条件下,阻垢率达到89.0%。对比实验表明:在pH=7.0,温度为80℃,Ca2+质量浓度为120mg/L,阻垢剂投加质量浓度为10mg/L的条件下,DAATMP的阻垢效果明显优于PBTCA和DETPMP,阻垢率达到84%。在Ca2+200mg/L、Mg2+48mg/L、Cl-430mg/L、HCO3-120mg/L、缓蚀剂投加质量浓度为80mg/L、挂片时间72h的条件下,其对A3钢的缓蚀率达到89.1%;若以120mg/L的DAATMP+4mg/L的Zn2+复合预膜剂预膜24h后,投加10mg/LDAATMP和6mg/LZn2+复合药剂,其对A3钢和铜的缓蚀率分别达到92.64%和95.2%。
