Abstract:
A new type of biological aerated filter, two-double biological aerated filter, has been developed, and its removal rates of CODCr and NH3-N have been studied through the start-up test for treating electroplating wastewater. Since the biochemical characteristic of electroplating wastewater is not good, the two-time start-up method is used. The test reveals that the one-time start-up is accomplishes within 8 d, and the entire start-up process takes 23 d. The stability of the effluent water reaches the standard.

研究开发了一种新型曝气生物滤池--折叠曝气生物滤池,并通过对电镀废水处理的启动试验,研究了新工艺在挂膜阶段对CODCr和NH3-N的去除效果。试验根据电镀废水生化性差的特点,采用二次启动的方法,取得了较好的效果。试验表明,一次启动在8d内即可完成,整个启动过程耗时23d,出水稳定达标。
