Abstract:
A combined integration technology of ion exchange and iron-based catalytic oxidation was developed as core to treat nickel-containing wastewater in wastewater disposal station of Fujian electroplating enterprise. The process pattern of online circulation treatment was used, by which the effluent quality of the wastewater treatment facilities not merely came up to the standard of table three in Emission Standard of Pollutants for Electroplating(GB 21900-2008), but it could also be directly reused in the circulating water electroplating production. Moreover, the recovered nickel sulfate could be used as electroplating material. The operational results of the wastewater treatment facilities showed that the system had stable operation, strong anti-shock loading capability and high removal effectiveness of pollutants. The water online circulation and recovering nickel sulfate were finally realized, which had good environmental and economic benefit.

摘要:
以福建某电镀企业废水为处理对象,开发了以离子交换和铁基催化氧化为核心的含镍电镀废水处理集成技术,通过在线循环处理的工艺模式,处理出水水质不仅能达到《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB 21900-2008)表3的标准,而且可回用于电镀生产线,回收的硫酸镍还可作为电镀原料。运行结果表明,该工艺系统运行稳定,抗负荷冲击能力强,污染物处理效率高,实现了水资源的在线循环利用与硫酸镍的回收,具有良好的环境效益与经济效益。
