煤气洗涤水回收系统结垢的控制研究

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of scaling in the coal gas washing water system, based on the mechanism of water quality stabilization(scale inhibitor and dispersant) techniques, and through the formula screening test, the treatment technology of water quality suitable for the washing water systemhas been studied. In this course, the relevant influential factors have been studied as well. As a result, favorable treatment results have been obtained in operation.

摘要:

针对某气化厂煤气洗涤水回收系统的结垢问题,从水质稳定(阻垢分散)控制机理出发,通过药剂配方筛选实验,进而提出了适合此类煤气洗涤水回收系统水质的水处理技术。在实验过程中,研究了相关的影响因素,在实际运行中达到了良好的处理效果。

关键词: 阻垢剂, 分散剂, 煤气洗涤水
