酸洗废液的资源化工艺研究

Abstract:

There had not been any good ways to solve the pickling wastewater problems in steel works. It is found that ferrous chloride can be recovered from pickling waste liquid by direct HCl cold precipitation. The mother liquor which can be used as pickling acid is applied to this method. Then, it can no longer produce wastes. The separated ferrous chloride can be sold as a kind of product. Catalysis-oxidation process can also be used to prepare a new type of water purifer, poly-ferric chloride. By means of optimizing the temperature, type of stablizer, and the dosage of catalyst and evaluating of the efficiency of air circulating oxidation, a new technological route for industrial prodction has been developed, so as to realize the clean production and resource recycling of pickling waste liquid.

摘要:

将钢厂的酸洗废液直接通HCl冷析回收氯化亚铁,母液(可以作为酸洗酸)反复套用,以解决酸洗废液的处理,可以不再产生三废,析出的氯化亚铁可以作为产品直接出售,或通过催化氧化法合成新型净水剂聚合氯化铁。通过对工艺的温度、稳定剂类型、催化剂用量的优化以及空气循环氧化效果的评价,开发了可以用于工业生产的新工艺路线,实现酸洗废液的清洁生产和资源化利用。
