Abstract:
Scaling is one of the main problems in reverse osmosis systems.At present,scale inhibitors have alreadybeen used as the most frequently used method of scale controlling.Some evaluation methods are introduced,andtheir merits and shortcomings are discussed.It is thought that the one-through method can best simulate the operatingcondition of the reverse osmosis systems.The recovery rate of the tests can be adjusted by changing the flow of concentratedwater.The running conditions of the tests can be adjusted by changing the dosage of scale inhibitors.

摘要:
在反渗透系统中,结垢是困扰系统正常运行的主要问题之一,用阻垢剂控制结垢是最常用的方法。作者对目前国内外反渗透阻垢剂常用的几种评定法进行了分析比较,并阐述了每种方法的优缺点。结果表明:给水一次通过法可以最大限度地模拟反渗透运行工况,可以通过改变浓水流量来调整试验的回收率,改变阻垢剂的加入量来调整试验运行工况。
