木薯酒精废水的深度处理研究

Abstract:

The advanced treatment of cassava alcohol wastewater by coupling biological aerated filter and ozonization has been conducted.The effects of different operation conditions, such as hydraulic retention time, ozone dosage and oxidation circulation ratio are investigated.Experimental results show that under optimized conditions, when the COD of the influent water is 168-230 mg/L and the chroma=80 to 125 times, the COD of effluent water<100 mg/L, and the chroma<30 times, This meets the requirements of the Standard of National Discharge.

摘要:

试验研究了利用曝气生物滤池与O3耦合技术对木薯酒精废水进行深度处理,主要研究不同操作条件如水力停留时间、O3投加量、氧化循环比对COD和色度处理的影响.试验结果表明:在优化条件下,当进水COD为168~230mg/L、色度为80~125倍时,出水COD>100mg/L,色度>30倍,达到国家排放标准.
