采用涂层技术抑制凝汽器中生物黏泥的实验研究

Abstract:

The antibacterial algae coating of circulating cooling water system has been studied.The effects of different heat exchanger materials and different cooling water qualities on the antibiotic capacity and algae inhibitory action of the coating are investigated.The results show that stainless steel is the best for anticorrosion.Carbon steel is easy to be eroded, so that it needs to be protected by coating.Brass sheet, itself, has antibiotic capacity and algae inhibitory action, but it cannot solve the problems, such as biologic slime and corrosion, so that it needs to be protected by coating, too.The self-made antibacterial algae coating is suitable for circulating cooling water systems in the range of temperature and pH.It is adaptable to different water qualities, such as water from rivers, lakes and seas.

摘要:

对冷却水系统的抗菌藻涂料进行了研究.考察了不同换热器材质,不同冷却水水质条件下,涂层的抗菌藻效果.实验表明:不锈钢的防腐性能最优异,碳钢极易被腐蚀,必须对其进行涂层保护.金属铜本身具有抗菌抑藻能力,但不能解决生物黏泥、腐蚀等危害,必须对其进行涂层保护.自制抗菌藻涂层适用于循环冷却水系统的温度和pH范围,并且适应江河水、湖泊水和海水等在内的不同特点的水质.
