Abstract

Abstract:

The cause for scaling on sewage water pumps in Boxi Oil Gas Treatment Plant is analyzed. Based on the choosing and appraising of scale inhibitors， BHF-07A has been optimized. In the integrated consideration of economic and scale inhibiting effects， the concentration of the scale inhibitor and injection procedure are adjusted.This problem in Boxi Oil Gas Treatment Plant has been controlled successfully.

摘要：

分析了渤西油气处理厂污水泵结垢原因。通过对防垢剂的评选,优化了防垢剂BHF-07A,并从经济和防垢效果综合考虑,调整了加药浓度和注入方式,成功地控制了渤西油气处理厂污水泵结垢问题。

关键词: 结垢, 污水处理, 腐蚀
