Research on the preparation of the flocculant, sodium alginate-graft-polyacrylamide and its flocculating capacity

海藻酸钠接枝聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂的合成及絮凝性能研究

Abstract:

Potassium persulphate-sodium bisulfate has been used for initiating the preparation of graft copolymers of sodium alginate with polyacylamide. The effects of the initiator concentration,reaction temperature and reaction time on graft copolymers are investigated. The optimal conditions are as follows:initiator concentrations are 5 mmol/L,reaction temperature 30 ℃,and reaction time 12 h. Infrared spectrum and thermogravimetric analysis are used to characterize the product. At the same time,the flocculating capacity of this copolymer is tested. The experimental results indicate that flocculating capacity of this graft copolymer is better than that of sodium alginate and polyacylamide.

摘要:

采用过硫酸钾-亚硫酸氢钠引发海藻酸钠和丙烯酰胺接枝共聚制备海藻酸钠接枝聚丙烯酰胺,考察了引发剂浓度、聚合温度、聚合时间对接枝共聚的影响,得到最佳工艺条件为:过硫酸钾和亚硫酸氢钠均为5mmol/L、温度30℃、时间12 h。并用红外光谱、热重分析对产物进行了表征,同时对该接枝共聚物进行了絮凝性能试验。结果表明,该接枝共聚物的絮凝效果优于海藻酸钠和聚丙烯酰胺。
