Abstract:

A series of multifunctional groups of copolymers consisting of monomers, such as maleic anhydride, 2-acrylamido-2-methane propane sulfonic acid (AMPS) and vinyl butyl ether have been synthesized. Their scale and corrosion inhibition capacities are evaluated by static inhibition and polarization curve measurement. It is found that the copolymers containing multifunctional groups have good inhibition effect on CaCO3, Ca3 (PO42, Fe2O3 and zinc salt, showing threshold effect. The copolymers as a mixed-type corrosion inhibitor is dominated by the inhibition of anode process.

摘要:

以马来酸酐、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸和乙烯基丁醚为单体,合成了不同单体比例的多官能团聚合物,通过静态阻垢法和极化曲线法对其阻垢、分散和缓蚀性能进行了评价,结果发现,多官能团聚合物对碳酸钙、磷酸钙、氧化铁和锌盐有良好的分散和抑制作用,呈现出"阈值效应",且是一种以阳极缓蚀为主的混合型缓蚀剂。
