Abstract:

The case of 6×105 t/a of methanol project is taken as an example, based on the references of the foreign and domestic advanced technology, the design of the water treatment in new enterprises of coal chemistry has been optimized,including circulating cooling water system, condensate polishing sysytem, wastewater treatment system and the reuse of regenerated water system. With the optimized design, the configuration of the water treatment systems become more scientific and rational, the integrative utilization efficiency of water resources is increased, and the wastewater discharge is decreased at its maximum. It can provide reference for establishing enterprises of the same kind.

摘要:

以6×105t/a甲醇项目为例,在借鉴国内外先进技术的基础上,对新型煤化工企业水处理工艺方案的设计进行了优化,主要包括循环水系统、凝结水精处理系统、污水处理系统、中水回用系统等。通过设计优化,使水处理系统的配置更加科学合理,提高了水资源的综合利用效率,最大限度地减少了废水排放,对同类型企业建设有一定的借鉴意义。
