Fenton试剂处理硝苯地平医药废水的研究

Abstract:

Fenton reagent has been used for treating the wastewater from medication nifedipine production.The effects of n(H2O2)∶n(Fe2+),sub>2O2 concentration,pH,temperature and reaction time on the COD removal rate of simulated waster are discussed.The results show that COD removal rate of the wastewater reaches 74.5% and BOD5/COD has increased from 0.10 to 0.31,when n(H2O2)∶n(Fe2+)= 5∶1,H2O2(30%) 0.4 mL,solution pH 2.5,reaction time 24 h,temperature 20 ℃,120 r/min.It indicates that the biodegradability has been improved greatly,and created the conditions for the following biological treatment

摘要:

用Fenton试剂对硝苯地平医药废水进行氧化处理实验研究,探讨了n(H2O2)∶n(Fe2+)、H2O2浓度、pH、温度和反应时间对模拟废水COD去除率的影响。结果表明,当n(H2O2)∶n(Fe2+)=5∶1,30%的H2O2用量为0.4 mL,溶液pH=2.5,反应时间为24 h时,在20℃、120 r/min条件下,废水COD去除率可达74.5%,BOD5/COD从0.10提高至0.31,可生化性得到较大提高,为后续的生物处理创造了条件。
