Abstract:
TNT wastewater has been treated by microwave radiation Fenton’s reagent. The effect factors, such as wastewater initial concentration, amount of H2O2,microwave irradiation time, microwave power and pH on TNT wastewater have been investigated. The results show that when the microwave power is 480 W, microwave irradiation time is 6 min,6% H2O2 dosage is 1.5 mL, FeSO4dosage is 0.07 g and pH=4, the removal rate of COD of TNT wastewater is 84.5%. The contrast experiments among three treatment processes, including single microwave radiation,single Fenton’s reagent oxidation and microwave radiation Fenton’s reagent reveal that microwave radiation Fenton’s reagent has obvious supority.

采用微波辐射Fenton试剂处理TNT废水,分别考察了TNT废水初始浓度、双氧水用量、微波辐射时间、微波功率和pH等因素对TNT废水处理效果的影响。结果表明,在微波功率为480 W、微波辐射时间为6 min、6%的双氧水用量为1.5 mL、FeSO4质量为0.07 g和pH=4的条件下,TNT废水COD去除率达到84.5%。单独微波辐射、单独Fenton试剂氧化、微波辐射Fenton试剂3种不同方法的对比实验表明,微波辐射Fenton试剂有明显的优越性。
