微波辐射Fenton试剂处理醇酮废水的研究

Abstract:

Cyclohexanol-cyclohexanone wastewater has been treated by microwave irradiation Fenton’s reagent. The influential factors: the amount of H2O2, microwave irradiation time, microwave power and pH on the treatment efficiency of cyclohexanol-cyclohexanone wastewater are investigated. The optimal conditions of operation are determined as follows: microwave power is 480 W, microwave irradiation time 5 min, H2O2 2. 5 mL and FeSO4 0.07 g, pH=1. Under these conditions, the COD removal rate is as high as 97.86% for treating 50 mL of cyclohexanol- cyclohexanon wastewater. The result of wastewater treated by microwave irradiation Fenton’s reagent is obvious. It causes no secondary pollution to the environment.

摘要:

采用微波辐射Fenton试剂处理醇酮废水,分别考察了双氧水用量、微波辐射时间、微波辐射功率和pH等因素对醇酮废水处理效果的影响。确定在微波功率为480W、微波辐射时间5min、双氧水(质量分数6%)用量为2. 5mL、FeSO4用量为0.07g和pH=1的条件下,处理50mL醇酮废水效果最佳,其COD去除率达到97.86%。结果表明,微波辐射Fenton试剂处理该废水效果明显,不会对环境造成二次污染。
