火法改性粉煤灰及处理矿井水的研究

Abstract:

The orthogonal test has been conducted to optimize the fire modification condition of fly ash. The modified fly ash can be used for pretreating mine wastewater. The results show that when the mass ratio of original ash and flux agent is 1 ∶3, baking temperature 500 ℃, and crystallizing agent concentration 2 mol/L, the treatment efficiency of mine wastewater is the best, and the removal rates of CODCr, turbidity, suspended matter and chroma are 92. 51%, 99.02%, 98.35% and 95%, respectively, providing advanced treatment of mine wastewater with technical premise.

摘要:

采用正交试验法最优化粉煤灰火法改性条件,利用改性粉煤灰对煤矿矿井废水进行预处理。试验结果表明,原状灰与助熔剂质量比为1∶3,焙烧温度为500℃,结晶剂浓度为2mol/L时,制备的火法改性粉煤灰处理矿井废水的效果为最佳,CODCr、浊度、悬浮物和色度的去除率分别可达92. 51%、99.02%、98.35%和95.0%,为矿井废水的深度处理提供技术前提。
