Abstract:
In order to improve the treatment efficiency of the oilfield wastewater which was reinjected to strata at the third oil exploitation stage,the FX mirco-flocculant has been chosen from five kinds of chemicals as the best flocculants and adopted as the flocculants in the mirco-flocculation-suspended sludge filtration technology. The optimum dosage has been made certain:the mass concentration of flocculant is 4 mg/L. Under this condition,when the concentrations of oil and suspended solids in influent water are 80 mg/L and 30 mg/L respectively, the average concentration of oil in effluent water drops to 1 mg/L,and the oil removal rate is up to 99%. The average mass concentration of suspended solids (SS) drops to 3 mg/L,and its removal rate is 90%,reaching the treatment efficiency of the third stage filtration technology,and meeting the requirements of the reinjected water standard in oilfields.

摘要:
为了改善回注地层的三次采油产生的油田污水的处理效果,从5种药剂中筛选出FX微絮凝剂作为最佳药剂,用于微絮凝-悬浮污泥二级过滤处理工艺中。实验确定最佳投药质量浓度为4 mg/L,在此条件下,当来水中油、悬浮物质量浓度分别为80、30 mg/L时,出水油、悬浮物平均质量浓度分别为1、3 mg/L,去除率分别达到99%和90%,达到了三级过滤工艺的处理效果,满足了油田回注水标准。
