微波强化臭氧氧化降解油田污水聚合物实验研究

Abstract:

Simulated wastewater has been made from site polymer produced fluid separated wastewater. The degradation of anionic hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM) is studied through experiments, under different conditions. The results show that compared with single ozone oxidation method, the microwave enhanced ozone oxidation method has many advantages, such as high degrading rate, short reaction time, and less ozone dosage. By using microwave enhanced ozone oxidation method for treating the actual site polymer-containing wastewater, the effluent water quality can completely meet the requirements for produced-water reinjection. It shows that this method has good feasibility.

摘要:

用取自现场聚合物驱采出液脱后污水配制模拟污水,通过实验研究了不同条件下阴离子型部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)的降解情况。结果显示,与单独臭氧氧化法相比,微波强化臭氧氧化法对聚丙烯酰胺具有降解率高、反应时间短、臭氧用量少等优点。同时用微波强化臭氧法处理油田现场实际含聚污水,出水水质完全能满足污水回注需要,表明该方法具有较好的可行性。
