Abstract:
Serious scaling phenomenon occurs in the oil production well in QK18-1 Oilfied. By way of analyzing the scale sample components on the surface of electric submersible pump, the cause of scale formation in the oil production well has been judged. Aiming at the developed scale inhibitor TS-6611 which is suitable for the oilfield, the capacity for inhibiting calcium carbonate scale, calcium sulfate scale, barium sulfate scale, and strontium sulfate scale are evaluated in laboratory. The results show that it has good scale inhibiting effect and high thermal resistance, when the inhibitor is dosed at 30 mg/L. It can be applied under wide range of pH conditions and meet the site requirements for the production. The oilfield scaling problems have been solved effectively.

摘要:
歧口18-1油田生产井出现严重结垢现象。通过分析电潜泵表面垢样组分,判断该生产井结垢原因,针对性开发出适用于该油田的阻垢剂TS-6611。对其阻碳酸钙垢、硫酸钙垢、硫酸钡(锶)垢的性能进行了实验室评价。结果表明,该阻垢剂在30 mg/L的投加质量浓度下,具有良好的阻垢效果,并具有较好的耐高温性,可在宽泛的pH条件下来应用,可以满足现场生产需要,有效解决了该油井结垢的问题。
