Abstract:
The influence of CaO, PAC, CPAM on flocculation and the best complex combination of three flocculants are studied. The light transmission rate of the water is about 87.9%-92.0%, when the dosages of PAC, CPAM, and CaO are 20 mg/L, 800 mg/L and 200-800 mg/L, respectively. It is proved that the sequence of effect is CaO > PAC > CPAM by orthogonal experiments. Comparative experiments have been carried out on the base of optimal results. It shows that the light transmission rate is 95.1%, the suspended solid content in water is 18 mg/L, and the oil in water is 7.62 mg/L, under the optimal combination of 200 mg/L CaO, 600 mg/L PAC and 15 mg/L CPAM at 45℃ for an hour.

摘要:
考察了CaO、PAC、CPAM 3种药剂对压裂返排液的絮凝效果以及最佳复配组合。在PAC投加量为800 mg/L,CPAM投加量为20 mg/L的条件下,CaO投加量在200~800 mg/L时水样透光率在87.9%~92.0%。由正交试验可得3种药剂对絮凝效果的影响:CaO > PAC > CPAM。在最优组合基础上进行对比实验,当CaO投加量为200 mg/L,PAC投加量为600 mg/L,CPAM投加量为15 mg/L时,45 ℃水浴加热1 h,水样的透光率可达95.1%,水中悬浮物为18 mg/L,含油7.62 mg/L。
