催化裂化装置循环水系统的微生物控制

Abstract:

Oil leakage in circulatling water systems is a common problem in petrochemical industry,which has caused great expense. It indicates that the integrated microorganism controlling has excellent anti-microorganism and antislime characteristics. This technology also has excellent efficiency in controlling corrosion and scale. The microorganism controlling method is economically easy to be operated and can meet the requirements of circulating water quality improvement.

摘要:

石化工业循环水系统中油料泄漏是一个普遍存在的问题,针对炼油厂油料泄漏对催化裂化装置循环水系统所造成的危害,研制出一套综合的微生物控制技术,并制定出了相应的工艺实施方法,抑制了微生物的繁殖和黏泥的滋生,很好地控制了系统的腐蚀与结垢,使循环水系统在发生油料泄漏后能迅速由恶性运行状态转化为良性循环运行状态。
