高硫化氢油田的腐蚀控制实践

Abstract:

The corrosion causes and corrosion mechanisms in the high H2S oilfield have been analyzed. It is confirmed that the cause of severe corrosion is mainly the pitting corrosion caused by H2S and SRB. Thus,a kind of corrosion inhibitor,TS -709F which has both corrosion inhibition and biocide capacities is developed,so as to effectively bring the corrosion under control. It can not only keep the corrosion rate of the corrosion coupon at the manifold of FPSO lower than 0.05 mm/a,but effectively inhibit the fast increasing of SRB.

摘要:

对某高硫化氢油田的腐蚀原因进行分析,确定引起油田严重腐蚀的主要原因是硫化氢和硫酸盐还原菌导致的点蚀,由此针对性地开发出一种兼具缓蚀和杀菌双重功效的缓蚀杀菌剂TS-709F,使该高硫化氢油田的腐蚀得到有效控制,不仅使管汇处的挂片腐蚀速率保持在0.05 mm/a以下,还可以有效抑制硫酸盐还原菌的快速滋生。
