厌氧折流板反应器分区进水的实验研究

Abstract:

By means of using the 6-compartment anaerobic baffled reactor(ABR),when COD is 3 000-3 500 mg/L and HRT is 24 h,the influent going into the lst,3rd,and 5th compartments are in different volumn ratios:6∶3∶1 and 5∶3∶2.The indexes of every compartment,such as anaerobic sludge,pH,COD,VFA,alkalinity,etc.are investigated,and compared with the ABR treatment results by single-side influent process with the same loading.The comparison shows that divisional influent treatment is better than that of single-side influent.The influent ratio volumn 5∶3∶2 is better than 6∶3∶1.

摘要:

采用6格室厌氧折流板反应器(ABR),在COD为3 000~3 500 mg/L,HRT为24 h条件下,分别按体积比6∶3∶1和5∶3∶2对第1、3、5格室进水,考察每个格室中的厌氧污泥、pH、COD、挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)、碱度等指标,并与同等负荷的单侧进水ABR处理结果作比较。结果表明在相同负荷下,分区进水处理效果优于单侧进水,并且进水体积比为5∶3∶2时优于6∶3∶1。
