Abstract:

The effect of water quality changes on the desalting system of chemical water treatment at Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.is discussed.Based on the new production conditions,the ion exchanger resin filling is optimized and through tests on site and industrial application,the periodic water production has been increased by 15%,and CNY 186 000 can be save annually for the running cost.As a result,good effect and economic benefit have been gained.

摘要:

论述了水质改变对北京燕山石油化工有限公司化学水处理装置除盐系统的影响。根据变化后的生产条件,优化了离子交换器树脂的装填比例。现场试验及工业化应用结果表明,优化后周期制水量提高15%,年运行费用节约18.6万元,取得了良好的效果与经济效益。
