Abstract:

The type, harm, and mechanism of bacterium and the advantages of treating the oilfield reinjection water with chlorine dioxide are introduced. Complex chlorine dioxide generator has been used for applying to the charging of chlorine dioxide to the reinjection water at the storage and transportation station of the oil recovery factory. It is observed that when this equipment is applied to the oilfield reinjection water, the sterilizing effect is obvious. It can oxidize and remove sulfide from water effectively, and it also has peeling and inhibiting effects on sludge, meeting the requirements of the standard of reinjection water quality. The cost per ton of water is pretty low.

摘要：

介绍了油田注水中的细菌类型、危害机理及二氧化氯处理油田注水的优势。采用复合二氧化氯发生器对油田采油厂集输站的回注水进行了二氧化氯投加应用。结果表明, 该设备用于油田回注水, 杀菌效果明显, 可有效去除水中的硫化物, 并对污泥有剥离和抑制作用, 可降低腐蚀率, 达到回注水质标准, 吨水处理成本较低。
