Abstract:

Tetrabutylammonium chlorine (TBAC) has been used for extracting Cr(Ⅵ). The effects of factors,suchas diluent,aqueous phase pH,extracting agent concentration,aqueous phase volume,duration of extraction oscillation,etc. on the extraction results are investigated. The optimum extraction conditions are obtained. The mole ratio ofTBAC to the extracted chromium(Ⅵ) in the extractant has been found to be 1 to 2. The organic phase of chromium(Ⅵ) loaded is stripped as CrO42- by using 5 mol/L NaOH solution. The rate of back-extraction is 97%. After it is concentrated and crystallized,it can be recycled in form of Na2Cr2O7.

摘要:

用四丁基氯化铵(TBAC)对Cr(Ⅵ)进行萃取,考察了稀释剂、水相pH、萃取剂浓度、水相体积、萃取振荡时间等因素对萃取效果的影响,得到最佳萃取条件,确定了萃取物中TBAC与Cr(Ⅵ)的物质的量比为1∶2。用5mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液对负载Cr(Ⅵ)的有机相进行反萃取,反萃取率达97%,浓缩结晶后以重铬酸钠的形式回收利用。
