Treatment of ammonia nitrogen wastewater from coal gasification process with TiO2 photocatalysts doped with metal ions

金属离子共掺杂TiO2处理粉煤制气工艺氨氮废水

Abstract:

The TiO2 photocatalyst doped with Ag+、Cu2+、Fe3+,co-doped withAg+-Fe3+,and Cu2+ Fe3+ for treatingammonia nitrogen wastewater from coal gasification process have been prepared. The results show that the TiO2doped with Fe3+ has the highest photocatalytic activity when doped with single metal ions. Under the conditions ofUV irradiation 4 h,water temperature 30 ℃,and ventilation volume 0.25 m3/h,the optimal doped quantity of Fe3+ is0.001%,and the ammonia nitrogen removal rate 76.4%. The optimal co-doped metal ions is Ag+-Fe3+,Ag+ 0.05% andFe3+ 0.001%,and the ammonia nitrogen removal rate is 78.92%.

摘要:

制备了Ag+、Cu2+、Fe3+掺杂及Ag+-Fe3+共掺杂、Cu2+ Fe3+共掺杂的TiO2光催化剂,用其处理粉煤制气工艺的氨氮废水。结果表明:单金属离子掺杂时Fe3+掺杂TiO2的催化活性最高,在紫外光照射4 h、温度30 ℃、通气量为0.25 m3/h 的条件下,Fe3+的最优掺杂量(Fe3+与TiO2的质量比)为0.001%,其氨氮去除率为76.4%。共掺杂的最优组合为Ag+-Fe3+,其中Ag+为0.05%,Fe3+为0.001%,氨氮去除率为78.92%。
