Abstract:
The three-dimentional electrode technique has been used for treating acrylic fiber wastewater. Through single factor and orthogonal experiment,the effects of electrolytic voltage,reaction time and pH on COD removing rate of the wastewater and energy consumption are investigated. The results show that the COD removing rate reaches around 29% and the biodegradability of the wastewater is raised from 0.28 to 0.41 and the energy consumption is around 1.33 kW·h/t,when the voltage is 20 V,electrolysis time 60 min,and pH=5.0.

摘要:
采用三维电极技术处理难降解腈纶废水,通过单因素及正交试验考察了电解电压、反应时间以及pH对废水COD去除率和反应能耗的影响。试验结果表明,在电压为20 V,电解时间为60 min,pH为5.0的条件下,三维电极对腈纶废水的COD去除率达到29%左右,废水的可生化性由0.28提高到0.41,处理每吨废水能耗为1.33 kW.h左右。
