曝气生物滤池去除邻苯二甲酸酯的试验研究

Abstract:

The removing effects of the biological aerated filter (BAF) on dimethyl phthalate (DMP) and di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP) have been studied. The influence of temperature and the empty bed contact time (EBCT) on the degrading rates of DMP and DBP in the BAF are mainly investigated. The results show that the removing rates of DMP and DBP increase with the increase of EBCT and temperature. The microbial community of degrading DMP is globular bacteria mainly,and the bacteria community of degrading DBP includes rod-shaped bacteria and filamentous bacteria,and so on.

摘要:

研究了曝气生物滤池(BAF)对邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)和邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯(DBP)的去除效果,主要考察了温度和空床接触时间对BAF降解DMP和DBP的影响。结果表明,BAF对DMP和DBP的去除率随着空床接触时间的增加与水温的升高而增加。降解DMP的微生物群落比较单一,多为球状菌,但降解DBP的微生物种类较多,有杆状菌和丝状菌等。
