Effect of salinity on the determination of aniline in water spectrophotometric method

盐度对分光光度法测定水样中苯胺的影响

Abstract:

The spectrophotometric method for N(1-naphthyl) ethylenediamine is the standard method (GB 11889 - 1989) for determining aniline in water samples. There are many factors that influencd determination results. The effects of salinity on the aniline determination have intensively been investigated. The results show that with the increase of salinity,the determining value decreases and relative error increases. The statistical analysis displays that there has been significant difference between the determination values of aniline with salinity and the ones without salinity (p<0.05). In addition,the results of two kinds of de-interference method : dilution and distillation are contrasted. It shows that dilution is better than distillation.

摘要:

N-(1-萘基)乙二胺偶氮分光光度法是测定水样中苯胺的标准方法 (GB 11889-1989),对其测定结果产生干扰的因素很多。重点考察了盐度对此方法测定苯胺的影响。试验结果表明:随着盐度的增加,测定值降低,相对误差增大。经统计分析得出:含盐和无盐条件下所测定的结果之间具有显著性差异(p<0.05)。对比稀释和蒸馏两种去干扰法的效果,稀释法优于蒸馏法。
