Study on the start-up technology of treating sugar wastewater in ABR

厌氧折流板反应器处理制糖废水的启动试验研究

Abstract:

The start-up tests and micro-ecological conditions of treating sugar wastewater in Anaerobic Baffle Reactor(ABR) have been studied. The results show that under the following conditions:when the water temperature is 33 ℃,HRT=24 h,and the influent COD increases from 1 200 mg/L to 2 400 mg/L gradually,after 68 days the COD removing rate by using ABR can be above 92% . In the process of start-up,the impact resistance in the first compartment is the strongest,and volatile acid concentration is as high as 22.69 mmol/L. About micro-ecological state,in the first compartment,the main bacteria are bacillus. In the second compartment,the chain structure made up of bacillus is obvious. In the fifth compartment,the comparatively mature cocci appear. The content of granular sludge coenzyme F420 in the fifth compartment is the highest(1.25 μmol/g),having good methanogenic activity. The small-bottle static batch experiments show that ABR has good impact resistance portative capacity.

摘要:

对厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)处理制糖废水的启动过程及其微生态进行了研究。结果表明:在水温为33 ℃,水力停留时间为24h的条件下,进水COD由1200mg/L逐步提升到2400mg/L,经过68d,ABR对COD的去除率可达到92%以上。启动过程中第1隔室的抗冲击性最大,挥发酸浓度最高达22.69mmol/L。微生态情况第1隔室以杆菌为主,第2隔室中由杆菌组成的链状结构较为明显,第5隔室则出现了比较成熟的球菌。第5隔室颗粒污泥的辅酶F420含量最高,为1.25μmol/g,具有较好的产甲烷活性。小瓶静态批量试验表明ABR具有较好的抗冲击负荷能力。
