一种锌基复合絮凝剂的制备研究

Abstract:

Using zinc chloride,aluminum chloride,hydrochloric acid and polyacrylamide as main raw materials,the inorganic-organic zinc-base composite flocculant has been prepared. Turbidity removal rate is the investigation norm. The impact of the dosages of ZnCl2、AlCl3、PAM and HCl on the flocculating efficiency of zinc-base composite flocculant is discussed. The results show that the optimum preparation conditions of zinc-base composite flocculant are as follows:the mass fractions of ZnCl2,AlCl3,PAM and HCl are 10%,10%,0.015% and 3%,respectively. In comparison with aluminum-salt composite flocculant and iron-salt composite flocculant,the zinc-base composite flocculant is characterized by quick flocculating settling and small sludge volume.

摘要:

以氯化锌、氯化铝、盐酸和聚丙烯酰胺为主要原料,制备了无机-有机锌基复合絮凝剂。以浊度去除率为考察指标,探讨了制备过程中ZnCl2、AlCl3、PAM 和HCl的投加量对锌基复合絮凝剂絮凝效果的影响。结果表明,锌基复合絮凝剂的最佳制备条件:ZnCl2质量分数为10%,AlCl3质量分数为10%,PAM 质量分数为0.015%,HCl 质量分数为3%。与铝盐复合絮凝剂和铁盐复合絮凝剂相比,锌基复合絮凝剂具有絮凝沉降快、污泥体积小等特点。
