Abstract:
The residual Tylosin in wastewater has been detected. After the wastewater sample passed through ODSSPE solid-phase extraction column for separation and purification,HPLC is used for its determination. The solution of acetonitrile and 0.5% of phosphoric acid is in moving phase and the Tylosin is determined by UV at 282 nm. This method has very good linear relativity between 0.2-5.0 g/L,the correlation coefficient R2 is 0.999 3,recovery rate 95.4%-101%,relative standard deviation 3.4%-4.2%,and detective limit 0.088 7 mg/L。

摘要:
对废水中残留的泰乐菌素进行了检测。废水水样经ODS-SPE 固相萃取柱分离净化后,采用高效液相色谱进行测定。以乙腈和0.5%磷酸溶液为流动相,在282 nm 处对泰乐菌素进行紫外检测。该方法在0.2~5.0 g/L 之间有良好的线性相关性,相关系数R2=0.999 3,回收率为95.4%~101%,相对标准偏差为3.4%~4.2%,方法检出限为0.088 7 mg/L。
