Abstract:
The analytical method for the determination of sulfide in water by pre-column derivation high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) has been developed,and the liquid chromatography conducted by converting sulfide into methylene blue. The influencing factors,such as chromatographic parameters,derivation conditions,dosing method of derivation reagents,etc. have been optimized,and operation process of sample analysis standardized. The detection limit of this method is 0.03 μg,RSD 3.92%,and marking recovery rate 92.05%-98.40%. Compared with spectrophotometry,the pre-column derivation HPLC method used for the quantitative analysis of sulfide in water is characterized by less interference and simpler operation.

摘要: 建立了柱前衍生高效液相色谱测定水中硫化物的分析方法,将硫化物转化为亚甲基蓝进行液相色谱分析,对色谱参数、衍生条件、衍生试剂加入方法等影响因素进行优化,规范了样品分析的操作流程。该方法检出限为0.03 μg,相对标准偏差为3.92%,样品加标回收率为92.05%~98.40%。与分光光度法相比,采用柱前衍生高效液相色谱法定量分析水中的硫化物,干扰较少,操作更为简便。
