Abstract: The wastewater in the Third Cold Rolling Mill of Shougang Jingtang Co. mainly includes acid and alkali containing wastewater,thick oil and emulsion containing wastewater,and thin oil(alkali) wastewater. Since it is characterized by complex composition and high pollutants,the physical,chemical and biological combined treatment methods have been used,and the corresponding treatment process,main structures and related equipment designed,respectively. The results from actual operation show that the operation in the wastewater treatment station is stable,and the water treatment process reasonable and reliable. The effluent quality meets the requirements for the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Iron and Steel Industry(GB 13456-2012). The operating cost is ¥4.19 per ton.

摘要: 首钢京唐公司第三冷轧厂冷轧废水包括含酸碱废水、含浓油及乳化液废水、稀油(碱)废水。针对冷轧废水成分复杂、含污染物多的特点,采用物理、化学、生物组合处理方法,设计相应的处理工艺流程、主要构筑物及相关设备。实际运行结果表明,该废水处理站运行稳定,处理工艺合理可靠,出水水质达到《钢铁工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 13456-2012)的要求,运行费用为4.19元/t。
