1 600 m3/h全膜法工艺在大型石化企业的应用

Abstract:

A large petrochemical enterprise has built a new power center with 4×410 t/h gas-fired boilers and a 1 600 m3/h boiler supplementary water treatment system. High pure water was prepared by the whole membrane process. The whole membrane method is the organic combination of different membrane processes, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, electrodeionization(EDI) three membrane separation technology as pretreatment, pre-desalination and desalination, and it can make raw water to meet the boiler water requirements of high purity water. The good water quality of the effluent treated by ultrafiltration can provide protection for reverse osmosis, while EDI completely avoids the use of acid and alkali and the discharge of wastewater. This project took surface water as the water source, and designed a chemical water treatment system which adopted raw water pretreatment+ultrafiltration+two-stage reverse osmosis for predesalting, and finally EDI for fine desalting, to produce high pure water that met the water quality requirements of boiler feed water. At the same time, multiple water reuse technologies such as wastewater ultrafiltration and concentrated water reverse osmosis were adopted, and the specific water consumption was lower than 1.1. Clean, environmental protection and water saving all-film process had been successfully applied in large-scale petrochemical enterprises.

摘要:

某大型石化企业新建动力中心4台410 t/h燃气锅炉,配套1 600 m3/h锅炉补给水处理系统。采用全膜法工艺制备高纯水。全膜法是将不同的膜工艺有机结合,超滤、反渗透、电去离子(EDI)三种膜分离技术分别作为预处理、预脱盐和精脱盐,可将原水制备成满足锅炉水要求的高纯水。经超滤处理后的出水,其良好的水质可为反渗透提供保护,EDI则彻底避免了酸碱使用和废水排放。该项目以地表水为水源,设计采用原水预处理+超滤+两级反渗透进行预脱盐,最后以EDI进行精脱盐的全膜法工艺,制取满足锅炉给水水质要求的高纯水。同时采用的废水超滤、浓水反渗透等多重水回用技术,制水比耗低于1.1。清洁、环保、节水的全膜法工艺在大型石化企业得到成功应用。
