Abstract:
The application of multi-stage composite A-MABFT-A process in denitrification of high ammonia printing and dyeing wastewater was studied. Engineering practice proved that: for the low carbon nitrogen ratio high ammonia printing wastewater with influent NH3-N of 120-300 mg/L, TN of 150-380 mg/L and COD of 400-800 mg/L, under the conditions of water temperature of 25-30℃, control the DO in anoxic tank at 0.2-0.5 mg/L, DO in MABFT tank at 2-5 mg/L and internal reflux ratio of 300%. The effluent quality of the system met the standard through biological thickening: effluent NH3-N < 15 mg/L, TN < 30 mg/L and COD < 200 mg/L. The total removal rates are 98.7%, 90.2% and 81.2% respectively. It also met and exceed the indirect emission standard in Table 2 of the emission standard of Water Pollutants for Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industry(GB 4287-2012), and the system run stably.

摘要:
研究了多段复合A-MABFT-A工艺在高氨印染废水脱氮处理工程中的应用。工程实践证明:对于进水NH3-N为120~300 mg/L、TN为150~380 mg/L、COD为400~800 mg/L的低碳氮比高氨印花废水,在水温25~30℃,控制缺氧A池内DO为0.2~0.5 mg/L、MABFT池DO为2~5 mg/L,内回流比为300%条件下,通过生物增浓,系统出水水质达标,出水NH3-N < 15 mg/L、TN < 30 mg/L、COD < 200 mg/L,总去除率分别为98.7%、90.2%、81.2%,满足并优于《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287-2012)表 2间接排放标准,系统运行稳定。
