Treatment process design of the wastewater from the production of silicon solar panels

Abstract:

The quality of wastewater from the production of silicon solar panels varies depending on the product and its production process. The wastewater treatment plant is located in the Photovoltaic Industrial Park of an Economic Development Zone in Jiangsu Province. The main wastewater treated in the plant is from the black silicon production process, which has the characteristics of high fluoride ion concentration, low organic concentration, no butyldiglycol, high TN concentration(mainly NO3-). The designed capacity of the plant is 2 545 m3/d. The designed effluent quality standard is 20% better than the "Emission Standard of Pollutants for Battery Industry"(GB 30484-2013, Table 2). The adopted process is the "Two-stage chemical-defluorination+Chemical-decalcification+Two-stage biochemical-denitrification+Air-floatation+Ozone-oxidation" process. The plant has been running well and the effluent stably met the design standard since it put into operation in May 2018.

摘要:

硅太阳能电池板生产废水的水质受产品及其生产工艺的影响很大。江苏省某经济开发区光伏产业园废水处理工程的处理对象主要为黑硅生产工艺废水。废水具有氟离子浓度高、有机物浓度偏低、不含二乙二醇丁醚、TN含量较高且以NO3-为主等特点。工程设计规模为2 545 m3/d,设计出水水质标准为优于《电池工业污染物排放标准》(GB 30484-2013)表 2间接排放标准限值20%。工程主体采用"两级化学除氟+化学除钙+两段生化脱氮+气浮+臭氧氧化"工艺。系统自2018年5月投运以来,系统处理效果良好,产水水质可稳定达到设计标准限值要求。
