Abstract:
The experimental research on the treatment of wastewater from maize deep processing by biological aeration filter(BAF) combined with chemical coagulation process has been accomplished. The optimum conditions are as follows ; hydraulic loading is 0.5m3/(m2·h) , volume loading 2.37 kg/(m3·d), gas-water ratio 2.4:1 , water temperature 20-25℃, filter media height 2.0 m; PAC dosing quantity 25 m/L, and combined PAM dosing quantity 0.5 m/L. Under the optimal conditions , the removing rates of Cr. is 76.3% , TN removing rate 67.8%,TP removing rate 90.6% and SS removing rate 93.3%. The treated effluent meets the requirements of the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutams for Starch Industry(GB 25461-2010).

摘要:
对玉米深加工废水的二级处理出水进行了BAF+混凝沉淀联合工艺处理试验研究,得到最佳试验条件:水力负荷为0.5 m3/(m2·h),容积负荷为2.37 kg/(m3·d),气水比为2.4∶1,水温为20~25℃,滤料层高度为2.0 m;PAC投加量为25 mg/L,联合PAM投加量为0.5 mg/L。在最佳条件下,CODCr、TN、TP、SS去除率分别达到76.3%、67.8%、90.6%、93.3%,处理出水符合《淀粉工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 25461—2010)的要求。
