Abstract:

An introduction has been made to the engineering design and operation effect of coagulation sedimentation-hydrolytic acidification-SBR process used for treating emulsion paint wastewater. Its practice shows that most of COD,BOD and SS can be removed by coagulation sedimentation unit,and the biodegradability of wastewater can be improved by hydrolytic acidification unit,creating the conditions for SBR. When the influent COD,BOD,SS are 10 253,1 409,7 106 mg/L,their effluents are 125,25,110 mg/L,respectively,which fully satisfy the discharge requirements.

摘要:

介绍了混凝沉淀-水解酸化-SBR工艺处理乳胶漆废水的工程设计及运行效果。实践表明,混凝沉淀单元可去除大部分的COD、BOD及SS,水解酸化能提高废水的可生化性,为后续生化系统创造了条件。在进水COD、BOD、SS分别为10 253、1 490、7 106 mg/L的情况下,出水COD、BOD、SS分别为125、25、110 mg/L,完全满足排放要求。
